This lightweight, yet penetrating serum contains nourishing plant oils that soften sebaceous plugs and encourage oil balance. The potent herbal extracts help inhibit bacterial growth, calm inflammation and speed healing. The aroma is reminiscent of and warm chamomile tea and herbs.
 
KEY INGREDIENTS
Tamanu Oil – Tamanu oil is a mix of the cold-pressed nut and the fruit. Rich in antioxidants, it is traditionally used for skin healing. Has a deep, rich color and nutty aroma.
Chia Seed Extract – Organic chia seed CO2 total extract possesses an impressive nutrient profile that includes over 60% alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 essential fatty acid) and 15-21% linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). It also contains tocopherols and sterols. These beneficial essential fatty acids help balance sebum, soothe inflammation and promote healing.
Lavender Extract – Well known as a general tonic for the skin, lavender helps inhibit bacterial growth and promote wound healing
Sage Extract - Produced from Greek Sage leaves that possess a high level of antioxidants. The CO2 extraction method results in a superior quality natural extract that maintains the most beneficial properties of the herb, including a high concentration of carnosic acid/diterpene phenols.
 
TO USE
Apply 3-4 drops of serum to cleansed skin. May be followed by a moisturizer if desired. 
PRO TIP
For additional hydration, boost your serum by misting the face with mineral water, floral water or a Phyto-Nutrient Toner and then apply the  serum.
Oil serums are wonderful night treatments. They can be sued alone or with a night cream. Because of the lipids in the oil base they don't always layer well with sunblock and make-up. If you wish to use your oil serum during the day apply the serum and allow several minutes for it to absorb and settle into the skin. Then apply a lightweight moisture cream and follow with your other day products.
